FTX (now in bankruptcy proceedings) previously sent emails about trading promotions, new token listings, and platform updates. Users may still receive communications related to bankruptcy proceedings, claims, and account status updates.
Using Unsubscribe for Gmail, you can manage any remaining FTX email communications and filter bankruptcy-related notifications.
How to Unsubscribe from FTX emails
If you are ready to try out Unsubscribe for Gmail, just sign in with your Google account. You can also easily install it by going to the installation page on the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Navigate to the Scan Inbox page from the main menu and click on Start scan.
- The scan will begin and may take several minutes to an hour, depending on the number of emails in your mailbox.
- Once the scan is complete, the subscriptions will be listed on the subscriptions page.
- Select the FTX subscriptions you wish to unsubscribe from, block, or keep.
