Upside sends emails about cashback opportunities at nearby gas stations, grocery stores, and restaurants, weekly earnings summaries, personalized offers based on your location and shopping habits, cashing out reminders, referral bonuses, and new merchant partnerships. The app focuses on everyday purchases.
Using Unsubscribe for Gmail™, you can control Upside email notifications and choose whether to receive local deal alerts and earnings summaries or only cash-out notifications.
How to Unsubscribe from Upside emails
If you are ready to try out Unsubscribe for Gmail, just sign in with your Google account. You can also easily install it by going to the installation page on the Google Workspace Marketplace.
- Navigate to the Scan Inbox page from the main menu and click on Start scan.
- The scan will begin and may take several minutes to an hour, depending on the number of emails in your mailbox.
- Once the scan is complete, the subscriptions will be listed on the subscriptions page.
- Select the Upside subscriptions you wish to unsubscribe from, block, or keep.

You can get started with Unsubscribe for Gmail™ straight away! Simply install the addon from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Once installed you can do a scan, and you will see all your subscriptions. Simply select the ones you don't want anymore, including those from Upside. Start unsubscribing right away!
When the 7 day pass ends you'll still be able to use Unsubscribe for Gmail but access to premium features will be stopped.
